Delivery

Each item is made to order to reduce waste. Please allow 5 working days for us to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email and another email once we dispatch your order.

Returns

All of our products are made to order and may include custom embroidery, which means each piece is created specifically for you. Because of this, we can only accept returns or exchanges if an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
